Operating the Premier’s Power Supply

Hey guys! It’s Joshua with Poolbots.com and today we are looking at how the Dolphin Premier’s power supply takes out the more tedious tasks and stress from being a pool owner! The two main features of the Dolphin Premier’s power supply are a programmable timer to schedule cleanings and a full filter bag indicator, so you know when to clean its filters.

Programmable Timer

First, there is the weekly timer, which you can program by turning the power supply on, and pressing the select button while the three schedule LED lights blink. They will only blink for five seconds so you have to be fast! If you want a daily clean, press the select button once while it’s blinking. If you push the select button twice, it sets it to clean every other day. If you push the select button three times, the Premier will clean your pool every 3 days, which equals two times a week. Each of these schedules will run for one week, then you’ll need to restart them once the week is over. If you only need a quick clean before an afternoon in the pool, don’t press any buttons and when the LED lights stop blinking the Premier will start and complete one full cleaning cycle then. The Premier’s scheduling feature makes it truly hands-off. No more manually starting and stopping it every time your pool needs a cleaning!

Full Filter Bag Indicator

The second feature of the Premier’s Power Supply is the full filter bag indicator, which is located right next to the three-weekly timer LED lights. This indicator will flash red when the filter is jammed or slightly blocked, so you can just remove the debris and let the Premier get back to a thorough cleaning. The light will become solid red when the filter is full and needs to be emptied and cleaned. This saves you the time and effort of manually checking to see if the robot is jammed or full. If the red light does not turn off after having cleaned and replaced the filter, simply press the reset button and you should be good to go!
